Castel del Piano lies in the woods and green at the top of Mount Amiata overlooking the Tuscan Maremma Valley. Generous nature, sincere people taking pleasure in doing things properly, respect for the rules, no hurry, and a perfume of good things in the air. This is where the Corsini family’s story begins.

A story of bread and biscuits, of the scent of butter, milk and wheat. A story that began in 1921 in the old family bakery of Corrado and Solidea Corsini. A story made up of a passion for good and genuine bakery products, made with a reverence for the ancient rules and a unique family tradition that, since then, has been handed down from father to son. Throughout the years, the dimensions of the firm have changed but the site of production, the company policy, the love of quality, the care in selecting the ingredients, the respect for each and every production phase, the magic of that old original oven and the devotion of the entire family have remained unchanged.

Untouched values, as they were in the past, that bear witness to a unique bakery art, dedicated to all those who love the most authentic tastes.

Today, Corsini Biscotti is a renowned firm that, due to the capability and commitment of the family, has been transformed into a modern, agile, creative company rich in tangible values, but still maintaining its original philosophy: keeping a more human and captivating dimension to their production, they prefer to maintain the Corsini tradition and quality even if that means producing less.

The development and success of the product have changed the size of the firm over time: today it is a modern bakery plant rising on the slopes of Castel del Piano small town, a few minutes walk from the town centre: the plant covers approximately 20,000 square meters, and employs about 60 people, doubling that number during periods of high production.

Here, every morning the most famous specialties are produced and from here they are shipped fresh and fragrant directly to the Tuscan tables and to the best shops in the principle towns of Italy and the world.

Cantuccini biscuits and the Corsini family’s Specialities have always been deeply bound to the Tuscan tradition and clearly represent, at every occasion, the pleasure of the renowned “Tuscan good life style”.

A tradition of sweetness that over time has also established itself in the Panettone, Pandoro and the other Specialities of Casa Corsini.

All are produced with the ingredients and care of the past and are specially packaged to enhance the value of the Corsini products and the most authentic tastes and flavours of Tuscany.
