Present in some of the most prestigious European chains and increasingly widespread in Italy, Copaim label is the mark of high quality gastronomy.

Copaim is the result of the coming together of three Tuscan foodstuff manufactures.

In 1978 the Compagnia Prodotti Agro Ittici Meditteranei (COPAIM) was set up in Orbetello with the aim of valorising the vegetable  and fishery products of the Maremma area.

In 1993 COPAIM was joined by the Pastificio Zucconi of Massa e Cozzile, a symbol of artisan fresh egg pasta production since 1945.

In 2000 also Caseificio of Stribugliano on Monte Amiata joined the group with its specialized production of typical Pecorino cheese.

These plants, wich use selected raw materials and relay on qualified employees, have the aim of preserving the traditions of Tuscan gastronomy.

Appetising ready-made fish and vegetable dishes, a wide range of fresh egg pasta and typical cheeses; all these specialties are produced using carefully selected ingredients and skilled processing to bring to the table the true flavours of the great Tuscan tradition.
